DeAnna is also a BYU graduate with bachelor’s and master’s degrees focused on organizational psychology, leadership, and team development. She is a top-rated FranklinCovey facilitator, an executive coach with over 2,000 hours, and was taught at the prestigious Coaches Training Institute the Gallup’s Strengths Performance Coaching methodology.
