Chief Organizational Development Officer

DeAnna is the Chief Organizational Development Officer for People Acuity. Her twenty-five year global career as an organizational psychologist, expert learning and development practitioner, and executive coach has given her extensive proficiency in the:

  • Assessment of organizational needs and culture
  • Design, implementation, and evaluation of programs and assessment tools
  • Delivery of exceptional professional development experiences – particularly for teams, executives, and emerging leaders.

DeAnna oversees and coordinates the organizational and leadership development strategy and planning process for People Acuity and its clients. This includes evaluating and coordinating plans, assessments, and programs to ensure the achievement of established goals; and assisting with the provision of transformational facilitation and coaching.

DeAnna received bachelor’s and master’s degrees focused on organizational psychology, leadership, and team development from Brigham Young University. She has completed over two dozen training certifications from FranklinCovey, Coaches Training Institute, Center for Right Relationships, and Gallup and has logged over 15,000 hours creating and delivering OD programs that have been delivered in 32 countries to date. She has been the director of the Strengths-Based Leadership Institute and on Gallup’s corporate advisory panel as well as their prestigious coach council. She is endowed as a Top 100 Global Coaching Leader (with 2,000+ hours of executive coaching), and is the recipient of the international People Achievement Award.

DeAnna is a widely regarded keynote speaker and the author of Shift Up! Strengths Strategies for Optimal Living, Choose to See You, and the soon-to-be released book, Interdependent Leadership: Igniting Performance and People.
